One thing to try from a old sinus infection expert! Saline! You can make your own with table salt and warm water and just sniff it up in there but it works best if you can use a dropper of some sort and lay on your back and let it run all down into the sinuses. It is not pleasant but bacteria can't live in the salty environs. Also, Mucinex and plenty of water (to drink, that is!).
